Heartsaver CPR AED
The Heartsaver CPR AED course is designed to teach lay rescuers such as teachers, day care attendants, office workers, boating crew, security personnel, personal trainers etc. how to recognize and treat various life threatening emergencies. You will learn CPR for victims of all ages, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and how to relieve choking for infant, child and adult victims. **
Heartsaver First Aid
Heartsaver First Aid is a classroom based, instructor-led course designed for the layperson and the first responder. The course content includes: First aid basics (scene safety,finding the problem, calling for help & more) injury emergencies(actions for bleeding, burns, broken bones & more) medical emergencies (breathing problems, choking, shock & more) and environmental emergencies (poison & temperature-related emergencies, bites & stings)**
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course
The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course is designed for the first responder and layperson & is also designed to meet OSHA requirements. Students learn skills such as how to treat shock, bleeding, sprains, broken bones & other first aid emergencies. The CPR section teaches basic techniques of Adult CPR, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and the use of breathing barrier devices.**
Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid & CPR
Designed for child care providers, parents and relatives of infants and children up to 8 years old. This course is also designed to meet the regulatory and training requirements for child caregivers. The first aid section includes injury emergencies, medical emergencies and environmental emergencies. The CPR section teaches infant & child CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). There is also an optional, recommended section that includes; suspected abuse, eye injuries, animal bites/stings & asthma care training.**
Heartsaver CPR AED Online
This is a self-directed, internet-based program. Students will learn critical skills needed to manage a medical emergency and how to perform CPR and use an AED. The student will need to first complete the online lesson @ elearning.heart.org and then meet with an AHA instructor for hands on skills session.**

The student will need to first complete the online lesson @ elearning.heart.org and then meet with an AHA instructor for the hands on skills session.**
