We provide primary on site care ordered by a physician and delivered by paramedical and nursing personnel.

The Mobile Integrated Healthcare model refers to patient-centered medical care that is directed by a physician and includes all components of acute, chronic and preventive care. Each on site visit requires an order from your personal physician with instructions for that one particular visit.

The goals of the Mobile Integarted Healthcare program are to enhance patient experience and outcomes; improve the health of the population and reduce the cost of care.

The Paramedic/Nurse will perform procedures such as: Patient assessment (vital signs, EKG's, glucose levels, medication compliance); Prevention services (immunizations, fall assessment) and various treatments.
